A little about me

I'm Neha. I get genuinely invested in things , not because I'm supposed to, but because I can't really help it. I care about outcomes, I care about people, and I care about the work actually meaning something. That's been true my whole life, long before it had anything to do with a career.

Marketing and advertising
found me before I found them.

I made an Instagram page for fun , makeup, fashion, trends I was already paying attention to. That page hit 190,000 followers in three months, all organic, 68% engagement. I made real money from it, sold it, and used the money to move countries. Somewhere in all of that I realised I had been doing marketing the whole time without knowing it had a name.

The thing that makes me genuinely good at this is that I can't turn it off. I notice things. I ask why. I see a roofing company on a billboard and immediately think about whether their leads are actually converting. It's not a skill I learned. It's just how my brain works.

If you met me in person you'd probably find yourself talking about something real within the first five minutes. Not because I pushed for it , just because that's where conversations with me tend to go.

A STORY ABOUT
PAYING ATTENTION.

"How many of those leads are actually converting?"

There was a roofing company I kept seeing everywhere I went. Billboards on every corner , big spend, big presence. But something kept nagging at me: being everywhere isn't the same as being somewhere that matters.

I called the owner cold. Asked him that one question. He didn't know. He was spending a lot of money without tracking a single dollar of return. No ROAS, no ROI, no real marketing mix. Just the goal of being seen.

I showed him the gap between where his money was going and where his customers actually were. By the end of that call he trusted me with $76,000 a year. He didn't ask for details. He just knew I'd seen what he couldn't.

Three years later, still one of my top clients. Low maintenance. High trust. That's what happens when you lead with the right question.

WANT
What I'm looking for

HONESTLY?
I WANT TO LIKE
MY MONDAYS.

I want to be somewhere that moves fast and means it. Where the bar is high not because someone said so in a meeting, but because everyone in the building actually cares about the outcome. Where I am genuinely a little bit challenged every week and that's considered normal, not exceptional.

I want to work with people who will tell me when I'm off and expect me to do the same back. I learn faster from honesty than from encouragement and I have always preferred a team that's direct over one that's comfortable.

I am not someone who needs a lot of hand holding. Give me the goal, give me the trust, and I will figure out the rest. I actually enjoy that part.

The kind of role I am looking for sits at the intersection of client relationships and marketing strategy , client partner, campaign manager, brand partnerships , ideally at a company in tech, media, or consumer brands where the work actually moves fast.

And I want the work to mean something. Not in a big speech kind of way, just in the sense that at the end of the week I can look at what got done and feel like it was worth showing up for.

HI.
Let's talk

TO HEAR

BUILDING.

Whether there's a role on the table or not.
